Payment and dispatch<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dispatch conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Domestic delivery (Germany)\u00a0and neighbouring countries:\u00a0\u00d6sterreich, Schweiz.<\/p>\n

Dispatch costs<\/strong>\u00a0(inclusive of legally applicable VAT)<\/p>\n

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product weight):<\/p>\n

Bis Warenwert \u20ac 35,– betragen die Versandkosten pauschal \u20ac 4,50<\/p>\n

From a order value of 35,00 \u20ac onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.<\/p>\n

Deliveries to foreign countries:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):<\/p>\n

Bis Warenwert \u20ac 90,– betragen die Versandkosten pauschal \u20ac 14,00<\/p>\n

From an order value of 90,00 \u20ac, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.<\/p>\n

Delivery periods<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 – 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
\nPlease note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
\nIf you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.<\/p>\n

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:<\/strong><\/p>\n

If payment is to be made via an SEPA base debit note or an SEPA corporate debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.<\/p>\n

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n
